JOB DESCRIPTION: 

 

"Job description: 

• Business Analyst / Product owner(Business Analyst 7+ years Total experience; 4 years in Agile 

• Should be willing to do manual testing of the product, write test cases, prepare evidences, perform demos to customer 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related computer field 

• Break scope down in to features and user stories which clearly articulate development requirements and acceptance criteria 

• Participate / facilitate in GE scrum ceremonies and practices, including daily stand-ups, demos/retros, planning meetings, including use of Rally Tool 

• Owns the Product backlog and writes user stories and acceptance criteria 

• Coordinate with the multiple teams working on different modules / systems 

• Ability to work in a self-organizing environment and as part of a Scrum team 

• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal 

• Good at develop and maintain strong relationships with Customer & other development/support teams 

• Excellent problem solving/analytical abilities 

• Willingness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment 

• As part of testing responsibilities, should be able to - 

- Define approach to test entire systems 

- Design, plan, execute, monitor, improve testing process for a testing engagement 

- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently 

- Oversee/ensure the quality of test plans, test cases, test matrix, and bug reporting 

- Extensive scripting and development experience in a broad range of programming languages 

- Deep database (RDBMS) technology understanding with hands on experience in SQL and procedural languages 

- Advanced experience in Cloud and Virtualization with a focus on VMWare solutions.No travelers or remote allowed"
