Strong technical knowledge in Salesforce and hands on working experience in performing Salesforce developer functions

Willing to perform Production support roles with on-call on rotation basis

Ability to multitask and handle production issues with ease

Ability to triage, troubleshoot, fix and test production issues within short timelines

Strong knowledge of Service management process

Clear communication

ITIL certification, Oracle certifications are add ons
