This resource will need to have experience with healthcare operations, customer facing collaboration, and the core Business Analysis skills outlined in the responsibilities below. 

 

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? 

• Business process analysis and documentation
• Process flow mapping
• Testing: develop use cases, assist with testing as needed
• Conduct business process analysis to identify key business issues, gaps or needs
• Evaluate and validate analysis and develop recommendations

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?

Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Word

Intermediate skills in PowerPoint and Visio

• Strong executive communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Analyze root cause issue, problem solve and provide key recommendations for process improvements
• Work across a matrix environment to engage appropriate internal and external partners to assure successful analysis, option determination and tactical execution
• Effectively engage and partner with cross-functional teams to create and deliver solutions
• Ability to gain acceptance for ideas, plans, actions and then implement flawlessly across organizational boundaries.
• Manage issues, risks, project work and deliverables
• Ensure issue identification, understanding and buy-in of proposed solutions occurs from key operations, product and technology business partners
